Please be prepared to be there before the bus arrives. You may bring a small duffle luggage bag, if you bag is to large it will be placed under the bus. Be prepared to show a State Photo ID. Failure to provide required documents will result in a forfieture of the trip. No refunds will be given. We will not be responsible if you leave your car at the parking lot. We encourage you to get dropped off and get picked-up. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!

Depart for Bourbon Street – 5:00p.m.

Return to hotel from Bourbon Street via Motor Coach – 2:00 a.m.
Check out of hotel – 1:00 p.m.
Return to French Quarter for Watch Party (not specific, will provide a list of suggestions to watch the game) via Motor Coach – 3:00 p.m.
After Game Party in French Quarters/Bourbon St. (total pandemonium!!!) – 11:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Board Bus to Houston – 2:00/3:00 a.m.
Return to Houston – 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Motorcoach transportation to our 3 Star Hotel with one of our Wyndham Partners, where lodging is provided. ***Please note, Hotel/ Lodging accommodations is located in a surrounding area near New Orleans. The itinerary with the estimated time to and from the Hotel via the Motor Coach is listed above. To maintain the integrity of our partnership, we will not disclose the name or location of the hotel. 1 Queen Bed Room with free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator and microwave. POLICIES
All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot go after making your deposit, you may change the name of the reservation. All name changes will incur a fee of $25. All payments received after final payment date will incur a late charge of $25. It is important to try to stay within our deadlines. If you plan to fall behind please call us and let us know. When you fail to pay and you do not inform us, we assume you have decided not to attend the event and all monies will be forfeited.
